Disappointing for our seniors to go down to New Norfolk last weekend, however, the reserves and colts kept a smile on our supporters faces. Now we look forward to the game against North Hobart next weekend.

On July 17th we meet Glenorchy at Bellerive Oval, apart from this promising to be a great game, the Clarence players will be wearing maroon and white jumpers. The past players will be hosting a lunch in the Premiership room and we are anticipating some of the players from the maroon days to be joining us, a definite starter will be John Bingley. The gallery bar will be open

Our thanks to our major sponsors

Tim d’Emden & Associates
The Shamrock Hotel

And to the following for their continuing support

Senator Paul Calvert
Cascade
Eski Ice
Goughs Butchers
Electric World
Harvey Norman
Queens Head Cafe

Eyes Down – Bingo at the Howrah Sunshine Recreation Centre every Thursday and Sunday nights – great prizes.

End of Year Raffle tickets on sale – see Clarrie Roach

Gold Bullion Tickets also available, first draw 15th July, have to be in it to win it. See Annette Richards, Ian Oakes or information from Margaret in the office on 6244 2155.

We encourage all supporters to join the players at The Shamrock Hotel after today’s game.
